Using the App

Pinpoint lets you discover local businesses, save favorites, book appointments, leave reviews, and list products or services in the marketplace. You agree to use the app lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service.

Your Content

You are responsible for the content you post, including business listings, reviews, images, and messages. You grant us a license to display that content within the app. You must own or have rights to anything you upload, and it must not infringe anyone else's rights or be misleading.

Marketplace and Bookings

Appointments, inquiries, and marketplace transactions are arranged directly between you and the business or other party. Pinpoint facilitates connections but is not a party to those agreements and is not responsible for their outcome.

Acceptable Use

• Do not post false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Do not impersonate another person or claim a business you do not own.
• Do not spam, harass, or harm other users.
• Do not attempt to access data or systems you are not authorized to use.

Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Members dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service or other users.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinpoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
