• To create and manage your account and display your listings and activity.
• To connect you with businesses (appointments, inquiries, and reviews).
• To improve search results, recommendations, and app performance.
• To send administrative messages, such as appointment confirmations or important account notices.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the app — for example, with service providers that host data, deliver email, process payments, or provide maps. Some of these providers may process data in countries with different privacy laws. Business listings and reviews you publish are visible to other users by design.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see below).

Your Rights and Account Deletion

You can view and update your profile from the Account screen. To permanently delete your account and your personal data, use the Members dashboard or the Account screen and select Delete Account. Deletion is irreversible. Some public content (such as reviews or business listings) may be retained in an anonymized form where required for the service to function.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypting data in transit and at rest, restricting access to sensitive operations to authenticated server-side calls, and regularly scanning the app for security issues. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

Pinpoint is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version in the app and revise the "Last updated" date above.
